Program delivery update: Removal of the public policy allowing certain visitors in Canada to apply for an employer-specific work permit

The public policy allowing certain visitors in Canada to apply for an employer-specific work permit was revoked. Employer-specific work permits submitted under this public policy on or after August 28, 2024, will not be processed. As a result, the instructions related to this public policy have been updated.
